Welcome to Demolytics, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides hyper-accurate synthetic bank transactions using machine learning. These transactions are created to help you demo your financial products to any business in any industry, of any size.
By accessing or using our services via https://demolytics.co.uk or our services via Xero.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Demolytics creates and delivers synthetic bank transactions for demo purposes. These transactions are embedded within Xero demo accounts that we set up on your behalf. Our platform is designed to simulate realistic business activity to support the demonstration and testing of financial tools and software.

To use our services, you may need to create an account or provide limited information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure in Xero and ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Services are billed monthly, with customers paying per scenario, per month. All payments are handled securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services, except where required by law.

You agree to use Demolytics only for lawful purposes. While we do not impose specific obligations on users, you may not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the machine learning models, software, or outputs. Nor are you allow to use our data for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

All content, software, machine learning models, and synthetic data produced by Demolytics are the intellectual property of Demolytics Ltd. This includes but is not limited to trademarks, branding, and all generated content.
Demolytics is a registered trademark. You may not use our brand or assets without prior written permission.

Our service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to deliver high-quality synthetic data, we do not guarantee that our service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
